Requesting a Refund

Follow the steps below to get your refund request sent to us:

• Contact us on the given form. Make sure to use the same email you used for signup for the Account.
• Tracking no will be generated, and a refund will be possible for up to 10-15 business days.
• When the product is returned, it will be thoroughly checked and inspected by our office staff to ensure it is returned in its original packaging, and the receipt is also attached.
