Our return applies only to the original item only. Non authorized returns will not be processed
Items accepted for returns have to be shipped in the original packaging with no missing parts or stickers.
As with the manufacturer warranty this does not cover lightning strikes or power surges or physical damage to the product, unless damage has been shipped from us.
No returns will be authorized for the reason other than non-proper functioning, incorrect item shipped or initial damage. Our technical support team will provide all support in Video/ Email to resolve the problem before the return is made. For return authorization, please fill the contact us form.
Shipping and handling costs are non -refundable and return shipping labels are not provided.
The returned item will be processed for repair/replacement or the refund will be issued if the same product is out of stock. Please allow us 5 business days for processing.
